Born and raised in the Philippines and the youngest of five, he was inspired by music at a very young age and used it to express his creativity.
Cooking started as a way to help his mom prepare meals for the entire family. He has fond memories of them both rushing to the local wet market at four in the morning to get a hold of all the trucks that were unloading the day’s fresh catch.
Not until much later, he found himself taking culinary as his career path.
Stanley has traveled for work to Hong Kong and San Francisco to name a few. He draws inspiration from everyday life, travel experiences and other cultures.
As a chef, he has earned his Three, Two and One Michelin Star experiences. His cuisine reflects the love for simplicity and sophistication with clean flavors
Another outlet for him to express his creativity and make his time productive is through his website. He composes music, writes articles & travel blogs and interview people through The SPAM Vodcast.
Stanley sees himself retiring in the Tuscan region of Italy, wearing his chef’s whites, entertaining his guests at his own restaurant, while enjoying a nice scoop of vanilla gelato.
